Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution 8

This 4-wide Evo VIII is all about sharp lines, a boxy stance and that unmistakable aggressive look. The red body, bonnet vent, chunky arches and big rear wing give it the proper early-2000s street and track vibe, while the simple front end keeps the shape clean and instantly recognisable.

There’s a lot squeezed into this little build too. I used a mix of SNOT techniques, brackets, angled parts and compact wheel placement to keep the proportions tight without losing the character of the real car. Getting the roofline, front bumper and rear wing to all work together at this scale was probably the biggest challenge.

I also really like how the underbody came out, because even in 4-wide scale it still has that proper built-not-boring feel.

Small, sharp and a bit aggressive, this is exactly the kind of 4WLC build I love making.

Definitely one of my favourite JDM cars I’ve built so far.
