Subaru Impreza WRX STI

This 4-wide Impreza is packed with classic JDM details, from the huge rear wing and bonnet scoop to the flared arches, low stance and white wheels. I wanted it to look aggressive without losing the boxy shape that makes the older Imprezas so recognisable.

There’s quite a lot going on underneath too. The chassis uses a mix of SNOT building, brackets, clips and sideways connections to squeeze the bodywork, wheel positioning and underbody detail into such a small space.

The dark grey body gives it a more street-built look than the usual Subaru blue, while the red rear lights and white wheels add just enough contrast.

One of my favourite 4WLC builds so far (and my first ever one!), and definitely one that looks at home parked down a rainy Japanese backstreet. 😎
